Nursing Pediatric Home Healthcare- Rossville GA

We are currently seeking a Full Time Pediatric Nurse for 40 hours and a Pediatric Nurse (PRN) to provide skilled nursing care for one 8-hour shift per week 

Shift Details:

• One Full Time Nurse for 40 hours
• One PRN Nurse for 8-10 hour shift per week
  • Day of the week is flexible
  
• Pay Rate: LPN $42 per hour and RN $52 per hour

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members
• Accurately monitor and track clients’ overall health and medical history during every visit
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasks
• Verify clients are taking the correct dosages of medications
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Provide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as needed

Nurse Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Experienced pediatric nurse with strong skills in oxygen management and tube feedings 
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. 
• 1+ year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with directions
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
