We’re IntegriCare, a fast-growing pediatric home care agency with a heart for under-served communities by offering free nursing services. We’re looking for a part-time Business Development Rep (BDR) who’s ready to hit the ground running to help us build relationships, spread awareness, and grow our reach—one provider, partner, and family at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Outreach, outreach, outreach. You’ll call, email, and visit DFCS offices, hospitals, pediatricians, and schools to introduce them to our services and start conversations that matter.

Nurturing warm leads. Following up with caseworkers, care coordinators, and community contacts we’ve already connected with—but who may need a friendly nudge.

Building your own pipeline. You’ll find new referral sources and outreach opportunities. We’ll train you on where to look and what to say.

Attending community events. Sometimes you’ll represent us in person—tabling at a health fair, dropping flyers at a clinic, or having coffee with a provider.

Tracking your work. We’ll need you to stay organized and log calls, contacts, and leads in a simple CRM or tracker.
This Job Is Perfect If You:

Love healthcare, human services, or nonprofit work—but have a sales/marketing brain

Are outgoing, goal-oriented, and energized by conversations (even the tough ones)

Don’t need your hand held—you’re self-motivated and proactive

Know Georgia’s healthcare landscape or are willing to learn quickly

Can commit to consistent weekly hours and communicate professionally
Requirements:

Experience in sales, healthcare outreach, customer service, or case management

Clear, confident communication style (written + verbal)

Must be based in Georgia and able to occasionally meet providers in person
- Organized and reliable with your time and follow-through

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

Social Work

Human Services

Acceptable Alternatives:

Associate degree + strong relevant experience

Or no degree + proven track record in sales or healthcare outreach

Compensation:
-
$20–$30/hr, based on experience

Performance bonuses for meetings booked, major referrals, or attending outreach events. Your outreach matters—and we’ll reward the results.
