Home Health Aide (HHA) – Fort Wayne, IN
$14–$18/hour | Paid Weekly | In-Home Care

Community Home Health Care is seeking compassionate HHAs/CNAs to provide in-home care that promotes comfort, independence, and dignity. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while offering companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Support mobility, transfers, and exercises

• Help with meals and maintain a safe, clean home environment

• Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff

• Follow care plans and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana HHA or CNA certification

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

• Positive attitude and compassionate approach
