As Area Vice President of Clinical Operations, you will elevate care, compliance, and culture across five thriving branches—partnering with local and executive leaders to deliver hospice excellence.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Coach Assistant Administrators and Directors of Clinical Services to drive growth, quality, and financial targets

• Participate in Administrator On-Call rotation for executive-level after-hours support

• Hybrid Schedule: 4 days on-site across GA branches + 1 remote day/week

• Travel: Primarily day trips across a 50-county service area; occasional overnights

Compliance, Quality & Risk Oversight

• Lead all QAPI functions: data analytics, root-cause analysis, action planning, and board reporting

• Ensure continuous survey readiness and lead CHAP/CMS survey responses

Clinical Education & Innovation

• Build and deliver a robust clinical education program, from orientation to advanced skills training

• Spearhead new clinical initiatives and champion evidence-based practice adoption

Cross-Functional & Community Engagement

• Collaborate across HR, Revenue Cycle, and Business Development to optimize policies and workflows

• Represent Inspire Hospice at industry forums and community events

License Leadership

• Serve as Nursing Supervisor on Inspire’s multi-site provider license

• Function as Alternate Administrator in the VP of Operations’ absence

What You’ll Bring

• Active Georgia RN license

• 2+ years hospice leadership experience

• Demonstrated success in hospice interdisciplinary team management and clinical education

• Strong command of CMS Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and accreditation standards

• Willingness and ability to travel (day trips and occasional overnights)

• Bonus: CHPN certification, QAPI leadership, or Lean/Six Sigma training
