In the Small Print (But Still Super Important)

• Active Georgia LPN licensure

• At least 1 year of hospice leadership experience, or 3 years of hospice nursing

• Working knowledge of hospice regulations, clinical practices, and billing standards

• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills

• Clear communication and a heart full of courage

Your Mission Objectives

• Lead and inspire the clinical hospice team

• Ensure exceptional care and a 5-star patient/family experience

• Recruit, train, and support your team of caregiving champions

• Cultivate strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities

• Provide hands-on help in care planning, assessments, and quality checks

• Participate in on-call rotation (minimal, and yes, paid competitively!)

• Stay ahead of trends in nursing and hospice care—heroes never stop learning
