Dental Assistant

We are hiring a Dental Assistant. We’re a general and family dentistry practice looking for someone with experience who’s organized, reliable, and genuinely good with patients. 

What You’ll Do 

• Assist chair-side during general and family dentistry procedures 
• Take high-quality digital x-rays and intraoral scans (iTero) 
• Take impressions, chart restorations, and maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental 
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-op care, and oral hygiene 
• Prep and break down operatories between patients 
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols 

What You Bring 

• All applicable North Carolina state licenses and certifications 
• Chairside assisting experience — at least 1 year in general dentistry preferred
• Comfortable with 4-handed dentistry, digital x-rays, and iTero scanning
• A calm, professional chairside manner
