Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Omotenashi Hospitality: Foster an environment where every guest receives a highly tailored, unforgettable, one-of-one experience.
  • Lead from the Showroom Floor: Act as a true servant leader, actively desk-ing deals, T.O.-ing customers, and closing alongside your team.
  • Coach & Develop Talent: Conduct daily training, cultivate continuous growth, and elevate your sales consultants into elite performers.
  • Drive Inventory & Merchandising: Optimize the vehicle mix, oversee digital merchandising, and ensure a flawless lot presentation.
  • Maximize Gross & Volume: Balance high-velocity sales volume with strong front-end gross profit margins.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 3+ years of automotive sales management experience with a documented track record of growth.
  • Servant Leadership Mindset: A passion for serving your team and your guests, leading by example rather than by mandate.
  • Master Closer & Desk Operator: Highly proficient in deal structuring, inventory management tools, and desking both prime and subprime deals.
  • Process-Driven Execution: Strong CRM discipline and the ability to hold a team accountable to a structured, modern sales process.
  • Impeccable Integrity: High ethical standards that mirror the premium reputation of the Mazda brand.
