Cleaning Technician

Image One Facility Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX. This part-time role focuses on providing nightly cleaning services at a FedEx building. As an individual contributor, the Cleaning Technician will follow and help establish cleaning protocols to ensure a consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. The position offers compensation of $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and within scheduled time frames.

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Willing to undergo background checks and comply with company policies.
