We specialize in offering our customers the best personal and commercial wheelchair accessible vans on the market. Our company is a proud industry leader in commercial wheelchair accessible transportation and accessible taxis. We also custom build transporters, shuttles, and work crew vans designed specifically for our customer needs and budget. This position will operate out of our Charleston, SC store. There are about 8-12 employees at this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Process SC DMV Title work, verifying that documents are free of errors.
  • Serves as accounts payable/receivable clerk. Collects payment for repair orders, parts tickets, vehicle sales and rentals. Ensures invoices are paid in a timely fashion and charges to the correct accounts in the dealership management system.
  • Post vehicle sales in DMS. Works closely with Sales staff to correct any errors on paperwork.
  • Responsible for depositing cash to bank, following company procedures.
  • Timely posts all account entries by end of month deadline.
  • Assists customers over the phone and in person with renting vehicles.
  • Intake rental vehicles after each use, checking mileage and potential damages.
  • Manage Floorplan Vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of company credit cards.
  • Assists sales department on deals.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Take messages for other staff members where needed. Follows up with customers and staff for seamless communication.
  • Verify customer insurance coverage. Draft rental agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Comfortable communicating over the phone
  • Previous Dealership Experience Preferred (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of Dealership Accounting Software - DealerTrack Preferred
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel
  • Follow through work mentality
  • Ability to hold staff accountable on job responsibilities and accuracy 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
