Position: Entry  Level Communications Specialist

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in communications, marketing, or a related field. As a vital member of our organization, you will assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our diverse audience. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and press releases
• Conduct research on industry trends to support communication strategies
• Help to maintain and update the organization's website and social media channels
• Collaborate with team members to develop promotional materials for events and campaigns
• Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external communications-related events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools is a plus
