Position:  Entry Level Personal Assistant

Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while providing essential support to our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of duties that will not only enhance your professional skills but also allow you to contribute to our company's success. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules for executive team members
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked
• Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in administration or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
