Job Type: Full-time, On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)

Salary: $19 to $26 per hour

Job Description: As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the frontline representative for our company, playing a vital role in customer interactions and support. This position demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting customers in resolving any issues they may encounter.  

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with orders, accounts, or other concerns.
• Document all customer interactions in the call center software for future reference.
• Follow up on customer problems to ensure satisfactory resolution and service quality.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to promote customer satisfaction.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
