Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
