Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
