Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: $19 to $26 per hour

Job DescriptionThe Public Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing and maintaining the public image and reputation of our organization. This dynamic position involves crafting compelling narratives about our brand, managing media relations, and coordinating various PR campaigns to increase our visibility and engagement with our target audience 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with organizational goals.
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate PR events, such as press conferences, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or journalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of media relations and public engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate PR campaign effectiveness and media coverage.
