Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for managing all front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about our services. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs of guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage reservations and update the booking system as necessary.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and amenities.
  • Provide information about local attractions, events, and travel tips to guests.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and MS Office; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
