Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Clearly explain pricing, financing options, and features
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and promotions

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
