Hyundai of Cumming is looking for an outgoing, polished, and personable Guest Experience Ambassador to be the face of our dealership! This is more than a traditional greeter position. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of hospitality, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors.

As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in setting the tone for the entire dealership experience. Whether welcoming a customer, assisting a guest with finding the right department, or making a personal introduction to a sales or service team member, your goal is to make everyone feel welcome, valued, and taken care of.

You don't need automotive experience to succeed in this role. We are especially interested in individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, luxury retail, customer service, or other guest-facing environments. Personality, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people are what matter most!

What You'll Do

As our Guest Experience Ambassador, you'll help create a welcoming, polished, and professional atmosphere for every customer and visitor.

• Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting every guest who enters the dealership

• Create a memorable first impression through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service

• Welcome guests, learn the purpose of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate sales or service team member

• Personally introduce customers to their designated team member whenever possible

• Ensure guests feel acknowledged, comfortable, and cared for while waiting for assistance

• Maintain an inviting, organized, and professional showroom and guest reception area

• Assist with incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate departments

• Support the sales and service teams by communicating customer arrivals and coordinating guest interactions

• Maintain a visible, approachable, and professional presence throughout the dealership

• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create a positive experience

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
