Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming used vehicle details
- Accurately enter and maintain vehicle data in our dealership management system
- Monitor vehicle status through each stage of the reconditioning process
- Coordinate vehicle movement between dealership locations, service departments, and retail readiness
- Finalize vehicle pricing in accordance with dealership guidelines
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure data consistency
- Work closely with sales, service, and accounting teams to maintain real-time accuracy of inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory tracking and data management
- Strong organizational abilities to manage vehicle flow and reconditioning schedules
- Experience with dealership software systems such as CDK or vAuto is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless interdepartmental collaboration
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach that supports a productive work environment
- Ability to conduct regular physical inventory audits and ensure data consistency
- Capable of finalizing vehicle pricing in accordance with dealership guidelines
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving them quickly to maintain inventory accuracy
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry light to moderate items
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead as needed
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather
