As the official Water Treatment Home Services Professionals for Home Depot Canada, we work with participating Home Depot locations across Hamilton, St. Catherines, Niagara, Brantford, Orillia, Midland, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Parry Sound, Collingwood, Bradford, Newmarket, Owen Sound, and communities across Canada.

 

Due to continued growth and expansion, our Hamilton office is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Home Services team. As an Authorized Home Depot Home Services Provider, we're looking for friendly, energetic, and outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people and being part of a growing team.

No experience? No problem! We'll train you!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working at our designated Home Services booth inside participating Home Depot stores.

Your role is simple:

- Greet and engage with Home Depot customers.
- Introduce homeowners to our FREE in-home water testing service.
- Generate leads and schedule complimentary appointments.
- Represent our team in a friendly and professional manner.

No door-to-door canvassing. No cold calling. Just real conversations with customers!

We'll Get You Ready!

Before starting, you'll attend a one-day orientation where you'll learn about our company, the services we provide, and how to confidently engage with homeowners.

You'll receive product knowledge training, an introduction to our in-home water testing process, and guidance on representing our Home Services program.

A background check is required, and successful candidates will receive their certificate of completion.

What We're Looking For

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned Home Depot locations
- Must own or obtain steel-toe safety boots
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous retail, customer service, or promotional experience is an asset, but not required!
