RESPONSIBILITIES

• Give great customer service to make sure customers are happy
• Welcome customers warmly and with a smile
• Show customers around the service area at the start
• Work efficiently in a busy environment
• Listen carefully to customers’ needs and problems
• Work well with technicians as a team to get the job done
• Complete the advisor part of the electronic vehicle check
• Tell customers about needed maintenance and repairs using the maintenance list
• Explain technician recommendations in simple terms customers can understand
• Give accurate estimates of time and cost for repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional time management skills
• Positive attitude and superior customer service skills
• Basic understanding of automotive technology and terminology
• Previous advisor experience preferred; Kia experience a plus!
• Ability to work while standing for extended hours
• Ability to work some Saturdays
• Effectively use computer-based software and hardware
• Ability and willingness to change with the industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clear background check and drug screen
