Automotive Sales Professionals

Job Summary:
Hutchinson Kia of Albany is seeking motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team in Albany, Georgia. This is a full-time individual contributor role in the fast-paced and rewarding automotive industry. As a member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and deliver exceptional customer service while representing our brand. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000 to $120,000 per year, paid on a commission basis. Our sales professionals also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives based on their performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales with customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current automotive trends and technology
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive sales not necessary but preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain strong desire to help customer. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must report to work on time.
- Must be able to complete mandatory factory training.
