Elementary Tutor

This is a great part-time position for a committed, responsible person. If you are an elementary or middle school teacher interested in spending your time working directly with students, we'll allow you to do what you love to do - TEACH!

• Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting, or up to 4 students.
• No lesson planning or grading homework

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Must live in the Tampa Bay area. This position is not remote.
• Certification/license preferred
• Must be a dedicated and qualified professional committed to the success of students!
• Must be available for at least one weekend day, Saturday and/or Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized tutoring sessions consisting of reading and math for elementary and middle school students
• Create a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
• Utilize physical and online curriculum
• Use classroom management techniques to enhance learning

Flexible Schedule:

• You are able to create your schedule based on tutoring hours:
• Monday through Thursday 2:00-8:30 pm
• Saturdays 9:00-4:00 pm
• Sundays 11:00-4:00 pm
• Must be available for at least one weekend day, Saturday and/or Sunday.
