We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to help schedule, support, and manage our mobile service operations.
The Automotive Mobile Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our customers and technicians by coordinating mobile service appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling, and providing excellent communication throughout the service process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and enjoys problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm mobile service appointments for customers.
- Coordinate daily service routes and dispatch mobile technicians efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details, service updates, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and completed services.
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day to ensure on-time arrivals and service completion.
- Support dealership service goals by promoting additional services and maintenance when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service, dispatching, customer service, or scheduling preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email).
- Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and dealership systems.
- Positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
