Quick Lane Manager

Huntersville Ford is looking for an experienced Quick Lane Manager to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure Quick Lane customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Write repair orders and set the example on what every customer interaction should look like
• Serve as a liaison between Quick Lane advisors, Technicians and customers
• Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage and hire Quick Lane technicians and service advisors, as needed
• Ensure hourly technicians are motivated to stay busy and always learning
• Prioritize required services - Informing every customer of their needed maintenance and ensuring the team does the same
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
• Entry-level automotive knowledge
• Ability to manage others
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record. 
• At least 2 years of automotive customer service experience
• A hard-working can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills

PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Ford dealership experience
• CDK DMS experience
• 2+  Years prior management experience
• Experience with BG products and their benefits
