Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record clients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications as instructed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and family members.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• 2 years experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Must be willing to travel 5-10 miles.
• Valid Drivers License, Insurance, and vehicle for transportation.
• Must be able to work in Chicago, IL.
