If you are an HR Professional looking for a new challenge with a thriving, local, high-tech company, consider joining the EBW team! EBW Electronics is currently looking for a full-time Human Resource (HR) Generalist to join our collaborative HR team.

As a HR Generalist with us, you will:

  • Serve as one of our HR resources and partners for team members and management
  • Serve as point of contact for incoming HR inquiries and employee relations/engagement
  • Work with HR team to build morale and facilitate effective work relationships, productivity and retention while living out our core values
  • Create and maintain HR reports, processing and tracking documents to ensure appropriate completion and compliance
  • Accurately navigate HRIS and Plex for recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, leave administration, training initiatives, applicant tracking with ability to navigate competing priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
  • Facilitate and maintain entire recruitment process from open requisitions through to onboarding new employees
  • Facilitate and maintain offboarding process ensuring accuracy and follow through
  • Manage the reward and recognition system ensuring timely completion
  • Assist with performance evaluation program
  • Creatively seek ways to improve systems, programs, and processes, making recommendations as needed

We believe a HR Generalist will need the following to be successful:

  • 2+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment – Required
  • Knowledge of payroll processing – Required
  • Top-notch communication skills (listening, verbal and written) – Required
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively as well as independently – Required
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attentive to details and accountable – Required
  • Flexibility to navigate competing priorities and multiple tasks – Required
  • Highest level of integrity and business ethics – Required
  • A high-level commitment to stakeholder & employee engagement – Required
  • Strong technical aptitude (Microsoft Office, HRIS, Payroll) – Required

Bonus points if you are a HR Generalist with the any of the following:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • PHR and/or SHRM Certification
  • Plex & Dominion experience (Payroll and HR modules)
  • Experience with safety efforts within a manufacturing environment
