We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager  to lead and expand our OEM business across the U.S. This senior-level, remote position is ideal for a dynamic technical sales leader with a proven track record in managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships, and scaling national sales operations.

In this role, some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Own and execute the national sales strategy for OEM accounts. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive top-line revenue growth across multiple industries.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team to support regional and vertical expansion efforts. Foster a results-oriented, collaborative culture.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at Fortune 500 and strategic OEM partners. Navigate complex sales cycles and deliver customer-specific solutions.
  • Technical Solution Selling: Utilize deep technical knowledge to align TES’s advanced touchscreen and embedded computing solutions with customer requirements. Guide solution development with engineering, product, and customer service teams.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor evolving market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies and value propositions. Tailor go-to-market approaches based on market dynamics.
  • CRM & Forecasting Excellence: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking using Salesforce.com. Provide detailed reporting to executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between sales, engineering, product development, finance, and global teams to ensure customer success and alignment with corporate goals.

We envision an ideal National Sales Manager to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university within engineering, business, and/or technology field MBA is a plus
  • Must possess deep industry knowledge within the display or IPC sectors, have established networks, enabling you to identify emerging opportunities and lead sales initiatives aligned with market trends
  • Ability to be flexible with hours (NA and Asia)
  • Ability to speak Mandarin a plus although not mandatory
  • Technical sales background with no less than 10  years proven success as an Account Manager and at least 5 years in a leadership or national sales role
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex hardware/software solutions to large enterprise or OEM customers
  • Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and national revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Comfortable working remotely with up to 50% domestic travel
