Accounts Payable Administrator 

 

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual who is interested in joining an innovative, growing company!   We are an Affordable Housing Management Company with a portfolio of over fifty properties throughout Missouri.  The Accounts Payable Admin will provide support to the Property Accounting Department, while adhering to departmental procedures. This is a full-time position. Full benefits, PTO available.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and on time

  • Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices

  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements

  • Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments

  • Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Maintain proper documentation for AP transactions

  • Support otherAP team members as needed


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role preferred

  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
