Accounts Payable Administrator
We are looking for a friendly and organized individual who is interested in joining an innovative, growing company! We are an Affordable Housing Management Company with a portfolio of over fifty properties throughout Missouri. The Accounts Payable Admin will provide support to the Property Accounting Department, while adhering to departmental procedures. This is a full-time position. Full benefits, PTO available.
Key Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices accurately and on time

Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices

Verify and reconcile vendor statements

Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments

Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies

Maintain proper documentation for AP transactions

Support otherAP team members as needed
Qualifications:
-
1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role preferred

Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
