Executive Client Service Coordinator

J. Arthur Financial is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Client Service Coordinator to serve as the front line for client service excellence. This is a client-facing role responsible for implementing and managing the firm’s client service strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excels at building relationships with clients and team members alike.
What You’ll Do
Client Service & Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and incoming calls
- Coordinate directly with the Financial Professional to facilitate timely and effective communication with clients and partners
- Manage the firm’s calendar and proactively schedule client appointments
- Maintain and update the Client Data System with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure consistent execution of the client service strategy
- Track client activity and follow-up to ensure timely service delivery
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
- Monitor account activity and manage client service tasks such as account forms, beneficiary updates, and paperwork
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Lead and execute the firm’s marketing strategy, including digital campaigns and social media
- Plan and manage client events, workshops, and post-event follow-up
- Help grow brand presence through content creation and strategic outreach
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Prior experience in administrative support or client service roles
- Familiarity with financial services or similar professional industries preferred
- Experience managing digital platforms and marketing campaigns a plus
- Life insurance and/or securities licenses are a plus (but not required)
Skills & Attributes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- A collaborative team player with a client-first mindset
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Compensation
- Compensation: starting at $26 per hour
- No Health benefits
