Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and interested in the world of financial planning? Nelson, Kellmann & Associates is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our friendly, fast-paced team and help us continue delivering an experience that sets us apart.

About the Role

As a key point of contact for our clients, you’ll provide direct support to our advisors and help ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day client service functions. You'll manage communications, assist with paperwork and onboarding, and track key business processes—all while helping clients feel supported and informed.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care – 75%

  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Support account servicing, paperwork, and onboarding
  • Track account transfers and other business workflows
  • Provide meeting prep and post-meeting summaries
  • Assist clients with digital tools (e.g., e-signature, mobile app)
  • Coordinate client communication and deliver updates

Business Management – 25%

  • Collaborate with home office on account setups and issue resolution
  • Help optimize internal systems and tools
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in finance, business, legal, HR, operations, or a related field. Series 7 & 66 licensing is not required but would be a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000-$60,000, based on experience
  • Incentives: Annual bonus and/or discretionary profit sharing
  • Benefits:
