We're looking for a Quick Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance services and help keep our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working with their hands and wants to grow with a well-established Ford dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes

• Check and top off all vehicle fluid levels

• Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and air pressure

• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections

• Inspect belts, hoses, filters, batteries, and wiper blades

• Recommend needed maintenance based on inspection results

• Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe

• Follow Ford and dealership service procedures

• Provide excellent customer service while working efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, lube, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

• Ford dealership experience or Ford certifications are a plus

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude

• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
