Service Advisor

House Ford/CDJR is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team!

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming service experience

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

• Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Work closely with technicians and parts personnel

• Build long-term relationships with our customers and guests

• Follow up to ensure a 5-star experience

• Help keep our service department organized, efficient, and productive

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive, professional attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Automotive service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to consider the right candidate with a strong customer-service background
