Hotel Weyanoke, a stylish boutique hotel in the heart of historic Farmville, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team and keep our property sparkling from check-in to check-out.

As our Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll support day-to-day operations while upholding the exceptional standards that set Hotel Weyanoke apart. From training and scheduling staff to inspecting rooms and public areas, you’ll be instrumental in delivering elegant comfort and impeccable service that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.

Compensation and Benefits: $15.50/hr  -  Full-Time Team Members receive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), STD, LTD, paid holiday, vacation, personal & sick time, lean management training, and numerous other employee discount benefits through our HR provider LL Roberts.    

What You'll Do: 

• Lead by example—ensuring rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
• Support, train, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver service with warmth and precision.
• Schedule daily room assignments while minimizing disruption to guests.
• Conduct room inspections and track quality control through detailed reporting.
• Maintain inventory, key control, and lost-and-found protocols with care and accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Uphold Up to Par Management | Taylor Hospitality brand standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among the team.

What We're Looking For: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment (required).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• A hands-on leader who empowers others and leads with positivity.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for long periods, and bend frequently during shifts.
• Comfort using and training others on housekeeping equipment (washers, dryers, steamers, etc.).
• Understanding of workplace safety, chemical handling, and Hotel standards.
• English fluency required; bilingual abilities are a plus.
