Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B operations as assigned.

This position provides hands-on leadership to ensure excellent guest service, consistent food and beverage quality, proper sanitation and safety practices, accurate cash handling, and compliance with hotel and brand standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Operations

  • Supervise the daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets.

  • Ensure all outlets are properly staffed, stocked, clean, and prepared for service.

  • Monitor service throughout the shift and ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.

  • Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to hotel standards.
