Service Coordinator

Honda of Watertown is currently looking for a highly outgoing, energetic and dependable individual to join our team. The Automotive service coordinator primary responsibility will be to schedule a minimum number of service appointments on a daily basis and also assist with incoming phone calls when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling service appointments
• Answering incoming phone calls 
• Knowledgeable about service related questions 
• Working with CDK software efficiently 
• Work closely and effectively with team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors  

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Multitasking
• Have experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
• Experience with scheduling efficiently
• Computer skills
• Bilingual is a plus (not required)
