Service BDC representative

Service BDC representative at Honda of Lincoln will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers regarding service appointments and inquiries. This role plays a vital part in enhancing customer experience and ensuring smooth service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to service appointments
• Provide accurate information about services offered and pricing
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Follow up with customers regarding their service experience
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of services

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive services and terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and data entry
