Service BDC

Description of the role:

The Service BDC Representative within the call center at Honda of Lincoln will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our service department. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with them.

We are actively looking for someone dependable to fill the hours: Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries from customers regarding service appointments, general inquiries, and follow-ups
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
• Providing accurate and detailed information about our services, prices, and promotions
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any potential issues or concerns
• Managing customer databases and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
