Automotive Finance Manager

Honda of Frontenac is hiring an experienced F&I Manager to work alongside our sales team in a high-volume store. You will present protection products, structure financing, and finalize deals with accuracy and care for the customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Present protection and finance products to every customer and close final deal paperwork
• Work with Sales Managers to structure deals and match customers with the best available lender options
• Review all deal documents for compliance before submission to lenders  
• Follow up on contracts in transit and lender funding, and resolve funding delays and chargebacks 
• Meet targets for product penetration, funding turnaround, and customer satisfaction (CSI)

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of automobile dealership F&I experience
• Working knowledge of consumer finance regulations and lender requirements
• A record of meeting product-penetration and CSI goals
• Strong communication skills and the organization to manage a high deal volume
• Automotive sales management experience is a plus
