Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership using the courtesy shuttle.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle at all times.
• Assist customers in and out of the vehicle when needed.
• Track and manage shuttle routes, wait times, and customer drop-off/pick-up information.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the Germain Company positively.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel level, cleanliness).
• Assist with light dealership tasks as needed between rides (e.g., running errands, vehicle relocation, other small tasks).

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to safely operate a shuttle van or similar-sized vehicle.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Previous driving or customer service experience preferred.
