Executive Housekeeper - Homewood Suites Philadelphia/Mt Laurel

1422 Nixon Dr, Mount Laurel Township, NJ
Full Time

What does a day in the life of an Executive Housekeeper look like?

No two days are exactly the same, and that’s part of what makes hospitality exciting!

Your day may start by reviewing arrivals, departures, VIPs, staffing, and the priorities ahead. From there, you’ll get your housekeeping team set up for success and make sure the hotel is ready to welcome every guest. Because a clean room isn’t just a room that’s been serviced, it’s often one of the first things a guest notices and one of the biggest reasons they’ll want to come back.

Throughout the day, you’ll be out and about in the hotel, supporting your team, inspecting guestrooms and public areas, coordinating schedules, managing supplies and inventory, and solving problems as they come up. You’ll coach and develop team members, recognize great work, and step in alongside the team when an extra set of hands is needed.

Some days will move quickly with a full house and back-to-back arrivals. Others will give you an opportunity to focus on training, organization, preventive cleaning, and finding better ways to get the job done. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play an important role in keeping the hotel running smoothly and creating an experience our guests can feel good about.
