Job description

Responsible for Responding to all after hours scheduling and client calls.Ensures that ongoing client visits are adequately staffed for the following day.Responsible for covering Call outs, and addressing caregiver concerns.Calling Caregivers when missed clock in alert is receivedBeing attentive to any missed clock ins/outs are received

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Must be very organized with attention to detail and ability to learn computer scheduling software
