We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Stellantis Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and profitable parts operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain proper inventory levels to meet customer and service department needs.
- Monitor inventory control, ordering, stocking, and returns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
- Lead, train, and develop parts department personnel.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain department profitability while controlling expenses.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Stellantis policies and dealership procedures.
- Work closely with the Service Department to support repair operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Stellantis Parts Manager or in a dealership parts management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Stellantis/Mopar parts operations and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong computer and inventory management system experience.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Background check and drug screening required.
