We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Stellantis Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and profitable parts operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department.
• Maintain proper inventory levels to meet customer and service department needs.
• Monitor inventory control, ordering, stocking, and returns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
• Lead, train, and develop parts department personnel.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Maintain department profitability while controlling expenses.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Stellantis policies and dealership procedures.
• Work closely with the Service Department to support repair operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Stellantis Parts Manager or in a dealership parts management role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Stellantis/Mopar parts operations and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong computer and inventory management system experience.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
