We are looking for trustworthy, kindhearted individuals looking to help families in our surrounding Territory of Lake Oswego, West Portland and Downtown. The ideal candidate must be able to commute to the Downtown Portland, Lake Oswego and West Portland Area.

We are looking for an experienced individual who is Dependable, Adaptable and ready to face any day with a smile!

Wages:

  • Salary: $20.25 an hour
  • Expected hours: 40 Hours ( Must have availability from 7am-5pm)
  • Active CNA License: Extra $1 on top of the Base Pay

Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • 8am-5pm 
  • Option for Overtime in case of 12hr Shift Coverage

Job Description:

  • Provide direct care and support per care plans
  • Assist Office Staff in Administrative work when not assigned shift. 
  • Assist with daily activities
  • Administer medications
  • Lift and position residents
  • Manage behavior
  • Prepare meals
  • Maintain cleanliness
  • Follow safety protocols and respect rights
  • Ability to work inside Assisted and Independent Living Facilities as assigned.

Skills:

  • MUST have an Active Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
  • Effective communication with staff, residents, and families
  • Team player
  • Medication administration proficiency - Preferred not required.
  • Behavior management skills
  • Adept at handling challenges
  • Basic food preparation knowledge
  • Familiarity with Alzheimer's and Dementia preferred
  • Ensure cleanliness in resident areas
  • Understand HIPAA regulations for privacy
