Pay

Caregivers

• $19.25/hour – weekday day and evening shifts

• $21.25/hour – weekend and overnight shifts

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• $21.75/hour – weekday day and evening shifts

• $23.75/hour – weekend and overnight shifts

Additional Incentives

• +$0.25/hour technology incentive

• +$0.25/hour driver incentive with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your own name

• Same Day Pay available

• Most shifts are 4, 8 or 12 hours

What You'll Do

Every client is different, but your day may include:

• Providing companionship and support

• Helping with personal care and daily activities

• Preparing meals and light housekeeping

• Assisting with medications as trained and permitted

• Helping clients safely move or transfer

• Supporting clients with Alzheimer's or dementia

• Following the care plan and communicating changes or concerns

Care may be provided in a client's home or in an assisted or independent living community.

For CNAs: You'll have the opportunity to use your training and experience in a more personal, one-on-one setting. This is a non-medical home care position focused on helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

What You'll Need

Reliable transportation is required. Our Caregivers and CNAs serve clients throughout Lake Oswego, West Portland and Downtown Portland, so you'll need to be able to reliably travel throughout these areas.

You'll also need to:

• Be dependable and able to work your scheduled shifts

• Communicate effectively with clients, families and coworkers

• Successfully complete required criminal background checks

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening (we do not test for marijuana)

• Be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds

Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, medication assistance or professional caregiving is helpful, but not required.

CNA certification is not required to apply. Applicants with current CNA certification qualify for our higher CNA starting rate.
