Are you a confident caregiver who can provide hands-on support while staying patient and reassuring with someone experiencing memory changes?

We’re looking for dependable, experienced caregivers in Indianola, IA who are comfortable with personal care, transfers, and dementia support.

Available Shifts

• Mornings: 8 AM–12/12:30 PM

• Afternoons: 12/12:30–5/5:30 PM

• Evenings: 5/5:30–10 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide respectful personal care and assistance with daily routines

• Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques

• Use calm cueing and redirection when memory changes or confusion arise

• Support independence while stepping in when safety requires it

• Follow the care plan and communicate concerns promptly

We’d Love to Meet You If You…

• Have hands-on personal care and transfer experience

• Have experience supporting individuals with dementia or significant memory changes

• Are patient, dependable, observant, and safety-minded

• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Pay & Benefits
