About the Role:
As a Phone Inquiry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in educating prospective clients about our non-medical home care services. Your calm, clear communication and attention to detail will help families feel supported from their very first call.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about our care services
  • Clearly explain our offerings, rates, and service areas
  • Gather initial client information and assess service needs
  • Schedule in-home consultations or refer inquiries to care coordinators
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes in our CRM system
  • Represent our mission with empathy, patience, and professionalism

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and solution-focused approach
  • Familiarity with non-medical home care services is a plus
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM tools
