About the Role:
As a Phone Inquiry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in educating prospective clients about our non-medical home care services. Your calm, clear communication and attention to detail will help families feel supported from their very first call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about our care services
- Clearly explain our offerings, rates, and service areas
- Gather initial client information and assess service needs
- Schedule in-home consultations or refer inquiries to care coordinators
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes in our CRM system
- Represent our mission with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or care coordination preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Compassionate, patient, and solution-focused approach
- Familiarity with non-medical home care services is a plus
- Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM tools
