Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mandarin-Speaking Care: Provide companionship and conversation, creating a comforting and familiar environment for Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and other personal care tasks, always with dignity and respect.
  • Meal Preparation & Light Housekeeping: Support clients with meal prep and housekeeping tasks to ensure their home remains a safe and pleasant place.
  • Medication & Appointment Reminders: Help clients manage their medications and remind them of important appointments.
  • Specialized Care: Provide Alzheimer’s care and support to clients with memory challenges.
  • Respectful & Compassionate Care: Treat all clients and their property with the utmost respect, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mandarin Fluency: MUST be fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Caregiving Experience: Previous experience in senior care, particularly in personal care, Alzheimer’s care, and companionship.
  • Driver’s License & Insurance: A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required if driving clients.
  • Compassionate Professionalism: A caring, respectful attitude, with the ability to provide high-quality care to seniors in a professional manner.
