Are you an experienced caregiver in the Cuba City area who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and knows how important dignity, patience, and safety are when helping someone with their daily routine?

We're hiring experienced caregivers who can provide consistent part time availability between 8 am and 9 pm..We don't require a specific set of days, but we're looking for caregivers who can maintain a reliable and consistent weekly schedule within these.

This is a one-on-one care opportunity in a home setting where relationship-centered care and reliability matter deeply.

Competitive pay: $16-$18 per hour

$1.00/hr Additional for Weekend Hours

24/7 Support with Office Team

Schedule:

• Monday , Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 1 pm
• Monday and Wednesday 6 pm to 9 pm
• Saturday 6 pm.–9 pm
• Sunday 9 am -12 pm

Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance plus reliable transportation

Continuity in homes is critical so must be willing to commit to weekly schedule

Caregiver Responsibilities Include:

• Provide dementia cueing and calming support
• Hands-on transfer and mobility assistance including working alongside family members when needed
• Preparing blended soft/pureed meals that are dairy free
• Supervising meals closely for swallowing safety
• Hands-on personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting-related assistance
• Encourage and provide guidance for established exercise or therapy plans
• Maintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping, household organization, laundry, and routine household tasks 
• Working collaboratively with family
• Physically capable of assisting with heavier-care needs

This is not a light companionship role. We are looking for someone who can step in confidently, reduce stress in the home, and help this family step out of full-time caregiver mode and spend meaningful time with their loved one again.
