Schedule:

Critical need for Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Weekend Shifts and Overnight Shifts form 8:00 pm to 8:00 am also available

Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance plus reliable transportation

Continuity in homes is critical so must be willing to commit to weekly schedule

What You Will Do:

• Safely guide and assist clients with transfer, mobility and movement through the home
• Utilize a gait belt to ensure safe transfer when directed by care plan
• Support with personal cares including showering/bathing, toileting, incontinence, grooming,dressing and hygiene
• Prepare balanced meals and snacks based on individual dietary needs
•  Use dementia- care experience to navigate cognitive changes and communicate with patience and respect
• Ability to follow and provide guidance for established exercise or therapy plans
•  Comfortable assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and willing to provide transportation when required
•  Maintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping, household organization, laundry, and routine household tasks
