What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized care to older adults in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Assisting with mobility and walking
• Providing medication and appointment reminders
• Helping with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments
• Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or receiving hospice care
• Communicating important updates to the Home Instead office team

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance 
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and assist clients with everyday activities
